Cool Thing We Found: Hollywood Actors Making Evil Faces

We’ve got to give it up for the New York Times – last week they released this amazing, magnetic video gallery of attractive actors pretending (at least, we hope they’re pretending) to be vicious, insane, even outright demonic. Some of them are inspired by classic roles (see Glenn Close’s unhinged Norma Desmond from Sunset Boulevard) or by classic villain archetypes (like Chicago actor Michael Shannon’s take on the high-strung, tyrannical corporate raider).

Besides, you know you’ve done it yourself. You’ve had a moment with a mirror when you didn’t think anybody was looking and you made the single most terrifying face your muscles could muster. And if you haven’t done that yet, it’s strongly recommended. Because it’s a heck of a lot of fun, that’s why.

If you’re up to it, send us a photo of your own villainous expression. We’ll input it into our database of rogues who we’d go out and collar if we were millionaire playboy superheroes.
