4-Day Website Etavonni

Etavonni identified two core audiences: managers looking to whip their project management team into shape, and younger project managers in need of urgent help. The challenge was speaking to both of those groups - decision makers and decision influencers - and giving them the information they needed to convince their clients' organizations that project management consultation was the quick and easy answer. As a new company, Etavonni also wanted the flexibility to evolve the way these core services were presented over time.

We proposed to Etavonni one of our 4-day website processes, inviting their team into our office and rapidly developing a robust content management platform and content strategy to distinguish them from their somewhat dryer competition. We created a highly interactive navigation that would allow Etavonni’s target demographic to quickly connect with the specific problem they faced – from motivating a project management team to emergency project triage. The navigation is simple to play with and is able to grow and evolve along with Etavonni’s business strategy. When a service begins to really take off, Etavonni can add more slides to the top navigation to fill in critical details. This, in turn, helps their clients make the decision to hire them as consultants. After four days of development, Etavonni had a fresh look that fit their brand and the training and technology to update the site themselves, allowing them to focus on growing their business.
