Design + Branding Century 21 Affiliated Chicago

While leveraging the considerable heft of an internationally known Brand, Century 21 Affiliated Chicago sought to update the image of this trusted company to appeal more specifically to an urban market in one of the largest U.S. cities. Century 21 Affiliated Chicago needed an image and new visual strategy that would appeal to this younger, affluent demographic in a highly competitive market.

Starting the process before they even opened their new office in Downtown Chicago, we began by developing a deep understanding of (1) who their new clients would be and (2) their specific growth strategies. Then, collaborating with the Century 21 staff and their partners, we developed their new logo, utilizing recognizable elements from the international Brand but with a completely new take for their specific target market. Since then, we’ve continued to develop strategies for both the residential and commercial sides of the business, and designed materials including magazine ads, listing presentations, e-blasts and signage.
